1. Charges and renewal
- Access that comes with a trading community you belong to costs nothing from us, and this policy does not cover anything you pay that community.
- Plans we sell directly, where we offer them, are subscriptions sold through Whop. The price, billing period and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and is charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel.
- Free trials: where a plan offers one (for example 7 days), you are charged the shown price when the trial ends unless you cancel before it ends. A trial is for new members, once.
- If we change a price, the new price applies from your next billing period after we tell you, and you can cancel before it does.
2. How to cancel
Cancel at any time, online, in your Whop account under Orders or Memberships (whop.com/orders). Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you have trouble cancelling, email legal@parabolt.org and we will cancel it for you.
Before your access ends, turn off live trading and close or take over any open positions in your brokerage account. When a membership ends no new entry is placed for you, but the exits of positions already open (stop-losses, targets, partial exits) keep running until those positions are closed, as the Terms say, unless you switch them off or close the positions yourself. Nothing else is done to your account.
3. Refunds
Because access starts immediately, payments are generally not refundable, including for part of a period, unused time, trading results, an alerter's performance, or deciding not to use the Service.
We will refund where the law requires it, or where we charged you in error (for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled). We may also refund in other cases at our discretion. Email legal@parabolt.org with your Whop order details; approved refunds are paid back through Whop.
Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital service contract. If you ask for the Service to start straight away during those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay for the days used. Nothing in this policy limits a right the law gives you that cannot be waived.
4. Disputes and chargebacks
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first; most issues are solved in a day. A chargeback for a charge you authorized may lead us to suspend the account while it is resolved. Your rights under card network and consumer protection rules are not affected.
