1. When this applies
This Authorization is part of the Terms of Service. It applies each time you turn on live trading for a plan, which you do by confirming the acknowledgement shown in the Service at that moment. We record that confirmation, with the time, your IP address, the text you saw and the plan and account it covers. Live trading is available to US residents only at this time.
2. What you authorize
For the plan and account you turned on, you authorize Parabolt to:
- read alerts from the alerters that plan follows;
- turn each alert into an order sized and filtered by that plan's rules;
- on One-click, show you each new entry and send it to your broker only after you approve it on your own device; an entry you do not approve lapses and is never sent;
- on Full auto, where offered, send entries to your broker under that plan without asking each time;
- once a position is open, send the exits that plan includes (stop-loss, targets, partial exits, and the alerter's exits if you chose to follow them) until the position is closed;
- read your account's balances, positions and orders to do the above and to show you the result.
You do not authorize Parabolt to choose alerters for you, change your rules, use another account, move money, or act outside your plan. We will not.
3. What you confirm
- You chose the alerters this plan follows and wrote its rules yourself, and you are not relying on Parabolt for advice or a judgement that it suits you.
- You have read the Risk Disclosure, understand that alerter statistics are hypothetical, and can afford to lose the money this plan can trade.
- You are a US resident, the account is yours, and connecting it does not break your broker's rules.
- You will watch your brokerage account directly and act through your broker when needed.
4. Stopping
You can turn live trading off for one plan, pause an alerter, switch the whole Service off with the kill switch, close positions, or revoke Parabolt's access at your broker, at any time. Turning live trading off stops new entries; exits for positions already open keep running unless you close those positions or switch the exits off. We may also pause live trading for safety or legal reasons (Terms, section 13).
